What GoldSighters is
GoldSighters is an evidence-based screening and reference tool for gold-mining decision-making in Zimbabwe. It summarises verified public data and your own inputs.
Not advice, not a guarantee
Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, tax, or geological advice, and no output is a promise of results. Likelihood percentages, earnings ranges, reliability scores and provider information are informational only, are capped and bounded by available evidence, and are not resource statements under SAMREC, JORC or NI 43-101. Decisions to buy, sell, invest, or mine are yours alone; verify independently with assays, a licensed surveyor, the Provincial Mining Director, EMA, ZIMRA and a lawyer.
Service providers
The provider register lists third parties from public sources and any contacts you add. Listing is not an endorsement. Ratings are your own on-device records. Confirm any provider's registration, licences and terms directly before engaging them.
Accuracy & availability
Data is captured at a point in time and may be out of date; gold prices, fees and laws change. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with all applicable Zimbabwean mining, environmental, tax and safety laws. Mining carries real financial, legal, environmental and safety risk.
